Return Policy
RETURNS
ClearPlow.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our return policy allows you to return our products in new, unused, original, salable condition within 10 days of the date delivered (as recorded by the shipping carrier) for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual outbound shipping charges.
If you need to return your purchase within this 10 day window, please contact us by email first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, so we're aware of and expecting your return.
Purchases from ClearPlow.com are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of each webpage. Products returned must include a copy of your receipt.
If a product (or part) needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, please visit our product warranty page for the procedure on making a warranty claim.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Some products may include free shipping, so if you return one of these products, the actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For products being returned under warranty, a postage-paid return shipping label will be provided.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you on the status of the refund by email. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and restocking fees.
CANCELED ORDERS
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, we will refund of the purchase price minus our actual outbound shipping charges, plus a 10% restocking fee.
